Cheryl Liston

Cheryl Liston is a fulltime, self-taught professional artist based in South Cambridgeshire. Initially specializing in watercolour, she expanded to traditional oils in 2019. Her work focuses on coastal scenes, landscapes, and abstract art, capturing atmospheric elements through colour, light, and tone.

Cheryl’s evolving artistic style includes vertical abstract paintings and watercolours with loose brush strokes. She uses a wet-in-wet process and adds details with artist ink pens.

As a member of Cambridge Open Studios, Art in East Anglia, and Visual Artist Association, Cheryl participates in art fairs and exhibitions across East Anglia. Her paintings are available at Metamorphosis, in Wells-Next-The-Sea, where she works weekly.
