Moniko

In 2008, Clare, originally from Suffolk and a packaging designer, had a ‘geisha makeover’ in Japan, sparking an interest in Japanese design. Clare began collecting vintage kimonos and sewing with them in 2011. As her skills improved and demand grew, she invested more time in her craft. Since 2012, Clare has been collaborating with Southeast Asian development groups and social projects, expanding her business while supporting communities in need.
