Tom Gaskell

Tom Gaskell, a Cambridge-based artist, creates stunning fused glass artworks, ornaments and tableware. Toms work ranges from detailed natural representations – especially birds – to experimental abstract pieces with innovative patterns. Using diverse colors and textures, Tom creates pieces with remarkable dimensional depth despite working with flat glass. Inspired by his surroundings and the inherent qualities of glass, his distinctive style has been shaped by studying under several notable artists.
