Q: How far in advance should I order Christmas gifts?
A: For handmade items, please order as early as possible to allow time for creation and finishing. For ready-to-go gifts, we recommend ordering at least three weeks before Christmas to ensure timely delivery.
Q: Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
A: Yes. Simply provide the recipient’s name and address at checkout, and we’ll ship it directly to them. You can include a gift message too.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we offer simple, eco-friendly gift wrap for a small additional cost. Many pieces also come beautifully presented by the artist.
Q: What is your returns policy for Christmas gifts?

A: Yes. Select “Collect from Wonky Wheel Gallery” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

A: We can arrange local delivery for larger pieces upon request. Contact us with your postcode for a quote and estimated delivery time.

A: Our festive evening is Friday, October 31, 12th November, 23rd December, from 5–8pm. Everyone is welcome to browse new collections, meet makers, and enjoy seasonal with us here at Wonky Wheel gallery.

A: Yes. We carefully curate handcrafted work from local artists and makers across Essex, Suffolk, and Cambridge using sustainable materials. All our makers are located within a one-hour radius of our gallery. At Wonky Wheel, we genuinely champion our local artisans.
