The pendant is made using recycled copper pipe. The pipe is cut to form a sheet and then handcut to shape. It has then been drilled with different hole sizes and domed to give depth to the piece. I have added three handcut Kyanite wheels on a hand forged sterling silver headpin. The pendant is approx. 2.5cm in length and hangs from an 18inch 1mm ball chain.
Because it has been made from recycled copper there may be some marks from its previous use, I have not polished these out, as I feel they add to the pieces character and story.
It has been treated to give an aged appearance and then wax polished to preserve this, but with use this will wear off, so they can be buffed with a soft cloth to return to this finish or use a copper cleaning polish to give them a bright copper finish.
Store away from direct sunlight and moisture and avoid wearing while swimming, showering, etc or it coming into direct contact with chemicals, such as perfume, household cleaning products, etc.
