At Dusk

This atmospheric landscape captures the quiet solitude and luminous spirit of the metal detectorists home. A solitary figure stands beside a low stone wall, silhouetted beneath a vibrant sunset that transitions from deep amber to soft twilight.
Rooted in the artist’s personal search for lost history, the painting evokes the contemplative rhythm of metal detecting—the quiet hours spent watching the horizon where earth, sky, and time meet. Housed in an authentic antique Italian frame featuring a rich dark finish and warm gilded inner lip, Creighton captures the serene sense of escape and discovery that defines the pastime of searching for history.
