A scraggy but beautiful little nest that looks a little windblown. Lots of lambswool and feathers were used to soften the interior for the chicks. Even though nests are abandoned and left to naturally decay, it is a lovely reminder that new life was born in them and the little birds fledged and went on to live in and around the local gardens and countryside.
